As a result of its continued growth, Nocatee has been named the 3rd Best-Selling Community in the Nation, according to real estate advisory firm RCLCO [study/rankings released January 5th]. The PARC Group's master-planned community sold 1,105 homes in 2015 – a 30 percent increase from the previous year. Nocatee only ranked behind Ocala, Florida's mega-retiree community, The Villages, and Irvine Ranch, located outside of Los Angeles, California.“Nocatee is more than a community, it is a lifestyle,” said Roger O'Steen, Founder and Chairman of The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer. “New home buyers are seeking more from where they live and work, and the Nocatee plan makes it very desirable.”

Nocatee’s desirability is derived from a combination of the world-class amenities and continuous development of new, unique neighborhoods. In 2015, PARC added Addison Park, The Palms, and the age-exclusive Artisan Lakes to the Nocatee community. PARC expanded Nocatee even further with the addition of several neighborhoods within Twenty Mile, including those with large, estate-style homesites. Some of PARC Group's most notable amenity additions in 2015: Cypress Park and Twenty Mile Park. Both parks have pools, sports fields, dog parks, and clubhouses that are distinctively styled to their respective neighborhoods. Also in 2015, PARC announced plans to expand Nocatee’s Greenway Trails in efforts to make the network of trails even more accessible for residents. Residents also saw the opening of Nocatee’s Fire Station 18 in June. As the year came to a close, construction on two of four office buildings was completed as announcements for two worship facilities were also made.
