Three new neighborhoods will join Nocatee's Twenty Mile community: The Hammock, The Ranch and The Vista. Along with the new neighborhoods, The PARC Group is also introducing two new custom home-builders to Nocatee: Glenn Layton Homes and The Pineapple Corporation.
The Hammock at Twenty Mile will be a private niche of nine estate-sized home-sites by local custom-home builder, Glenn Layton Homes. Here, Glenn Layton is offering one-of-a-kind Florida coastal home-designs starting in the mid $900’s.
The Vista at Twenty Mile will consist of custom and semi-custom homes built exclusively by The Pineapple Corporation, a Jacksonville-based luxury home-builder. This private, gated neighborhood of 44 home-sites will feature estate-style homes with Spanish or Mission-style elevations, starting in the high $800’s.
The Ranch at Twenty Mile will feature homes by existing Nocatee home builders, David Weekley Homes and Dostie Homes. This upscale, 52 home-site neighborhood will feature homes starting in the high $500’s with a variety of home designs, most with water or preserve views.
Model homes will open Fall 2016. The option to build custom and semi-custom homes among the grandeur of sprawling oak trees, split-rail fencing, and Old Florida history is truly unlike any other on the First Coast. The three new neighborhoods will all be located in St. Johns County in Nocatee’s northeast corner, providing easy access to Valley Ridge Boulevard and Nocatee Parkway.
