*The Commitment Letter is exclusive to Glen Kernan home sites in Jacksonville, FL. The Commitment Letter with an incomplete Proof of Funds will not be accepted. Seller reserves the right to accept, negotiate, or reject any or all offers at Seller's sole and absolute discretion. The Commitment Letter does not constitute an agreement, and nothing contained therein is intended to obligate or bind Seller, its affiliates or subsidiaries. If Seller elects to proceed to an agreement to sell a home site, Seller will notify Buyer by email to complete a written Agreement of Sale and to submit an appropriate deposit to Seller within three (3) calendar days of being notified. The acceptance of any offer is conditioned upon (1) completion of a written Agreement of Sale fully executed by Seller and Buyer(s) and (2) Seller's receipt of Buyer's deposit funds.
