Bronx House Pizza: Known for their New York Pizza with crust that is crispy, crunchy and golden baked! Bronx menu items include house specialty pies, Detroit Pan Pizzas, heroes, gourmet salads, pasta dishes and more. Nocatee residents are excited for this new Bronx location to open its doors!
The Chophouse: The Chophouse at Nocatee will feature high-end cuts of steak, fresh seafood, and a large collection of wine, bourbon and craft cocktails. The restaurant will offer several different dining options that include an inside cozy bar, main dining room, an outside ground level patio, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a covered and open rooftop bar. This high-end steakhouse will anchor Nocatee's newest retail expansion totaling 17,000 square feet of space.

The Social Society Party Store: The Social Society is the very first brick & mortar shop for Little Miss Party, New York City's hottest party experts. Inside this fun and creative space Nocatee residents will find all of the supplies needed to throw a fabulous party, including a balloon bar with delivery options, trendy gift ideas and the most stunning pieces for everyday entertaining.
V's Barbershop: V’s Barbershop is the leader in authentic and upscale barbershops. The new barbershop will feature antique barber chairs (from the 1950’s), iconic sports imagery on the walls, and of course, licensed and professionally-trained barbers.
