K9s For Warriors, the country's largest provider of service dogs for veterans, is expanding in Nocatee.
Jed Davis, President of DDI, and Roger O'Steen, Founder and Chairman of The PARC Group, recently teamed up to donate 5.5 more acres of land to K9s For Warriors, making it the largest canine training facility of its kind. The land is located at the intersection of US1 and Nocatee Parkway, near RaceTrack Road. A construction timeline will be released at a later date.
K9s For Warriors expressed their immense gratitude for the donation in a recent Facebook post, saying, "This new expansion will allow us to save nearly 400 additional dogs a year. The entire team at K9s For Warriors is so thankful..."
The Davis Family and The PARC Group previously donated 9 acres of land in Nocatee to build their current training facility in 2014.
