This milestone for the Jacksonville Surf Park coincides with the recent completion of a substantial equity fundraise, driven by Aventuur’s trusted general partners who brought together sophisticated local investors to enable the project’s development.

The initial opportunity to build a custom home in one of Jacksonville's most prestigious communities is nearly gone. The PARC Group has announced that the last collection of homesites in its phase one development of Glen Kernan, Jacksonville's premier luxury community, is almost sold out.

The PARC Group will soon be offering breathtaking waterfront homesites on the Intracoastal Waterway in Marsh Harbor. This exclusive opportunity to build a custom home in the prestigious Ponte Vedra neighborhood will include waterfront homesites and several private “island” properties.

The PARC Group and the Davis Family have announced the purchase of the remaining undeveloped land in the southern part of the Glen Kernan community, located between Hodges and Kernan Boulevard. PARC plans to complete the development of Glen Kernan with new estate homesites while respecting and maintaining the unique vision that has defined Glen Kernan as a special community. Development plans will be released this summer, which will include more information on homesite availability and custom home opportunities.

The PARC Group, master developer of eTown and Nocatee, has announced their newest community in Northeast Florida. EverRange is a new master planned community with an estimated 1,500 homes spanning 1,000 acres in Jacksonville, Florida.
