The PARC Group and the Davis Family have announced the purchase of the remaining undeveloped land in the southern part of the Glen Kernan community, located between Hodges and Kernan Boulevard. PARC plans to complete the development of Glen Kernan with new estate homesites while respecting and maintaining the unique vision that has defined Glen Kernan as a special community. Development plans will be released this summer, which will include more information on homesite availability and custom home opportunities.

2024 is set to be an exciting year for the Nocatee Town Center. Nocatee residents can expect new dining, shopping and specialty services to open in the rapidly expanding and walkable heart of Nocatee. Here's a sampling of the most highly-anticipated retailers opening later this year: 

The PARC Group, master developer of eTown and Nocatee, has announced their newest community in Northeast Florida. EverRange is a new master planned community with an estimated 1,500 homes spanning 1,000 acres in Jacksonville, Florida. The community will have a charming rustic modern ambience and will be situated between Nocatee and eTown, off US-1. In the future, EverRange is planned to connect to The Exchange, eTown's Town Center.

The PARC Group has announced that Christopher L. Pilinko has been named President. Roger O’Steen will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board and Richard T. Ray will remain Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. 

River Landing Park is on pace to open Late Fall 2022 in Nocatee! Designed exclusively for River Landing at Twenty Mile residents, this neighborhood park will include a quaint screened pavilion and a covered dock with two boat slips.

Anejo Cocina Mexicana celebrated its grand opening in Nocatee on October 11th! Locally owned by Nocatee residents, Jesus and Blanca Valencia, this full service restaurant is Anejo's second location in Northeast Florida and is situated in the shopping center east of Crosswater Parkway, just south of Nocatee Parkway.

There's so much new development happening in the Nocatee community and The PARC Group is delighted to share its newest collection of neighborhoods! Seabrook at Nocatee, located at the westernmost end of Conservation Trail, is home to three unique neighborhoods- Coral Ridge, Palm Crest and Seabrook Village. Here's a closer look at each:
