The PARC Group, master developer of eTown and Nocatee, has announced their newest community in Northeast Florida. EverRange is a new master planned community with an estimated 1,500 homes spanning 1,000 acres in Jacksonville, Florida. The community will have a charming rustic modern ambience and will be situated between Nocatee and eTown, off US-1. In the future, EverRange is planned to connect to The Exchange, eTown's Town Center.
More information, including amenities, neighborhoods, and builders, will be announced in 2024. EverRange is slated to open in 2025.
