The PARC Group, master developer of eTown and Nocatee, has announced their newest community in Northeast Florida. EverRange is a new master planned community with an estimated 1,500 homes spanning 1,000 acres in Jacksonville, Florida. The community will have a charming rustic modern ambience and will be situated between Nocatee and eTown, off US-1. In the future, EverRange is planned to connect to The Exchange, eTown's Town Center.

The PARC Group has announced that Christopher L. Pilinko has been named President. Roger O’Steen will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board and Richard T. Ray will remain Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. 

As eTown continues to grow, current residents and guests can look forward to new businesses joining The Exchange, eTown's shopping & services hub. Three highly-anticipated additions that are coming-soon include: Baptist Health, GATE Petroleum Company, and Providence Homes' Corporate Office and Design Center.

The PARC Group is pleased to announce that builders are now selling in three new eTown neighborhoods! The smart-living eTown community will one day be home to nine distinct neighborhoods.
