Global developer Aventuur and an experienced group of local partners have officially closed on a prime 45-acre site in Jacksonville, Florida for the company’s first surf park in the United States, marking a major milestone in its programmatic rollout of mixed-use surf, leisure and wellbeing destinations across North America. This milestone for the Jacksonville Surf Park coincides with the recent completion of a substantial equity fundraise, driven by Aventuur’s trusted general partners who brought together sophisticated local investors to enable the project’s development.

The PARC Group, master developer of eTown and Nocatee, has announced their newest community in Northeast Florida. EverRange is a new master planned community with an estimated 1,500 homes spanning 1,000 acres in Jacksonville, Florida. The community will have a charming rustic modern ambience and will be situated between Nocatee and eTown, off US-1. In the future, EverRange is planned to connect to The Exchange, eTown's Town Center.

As eTown continues to grow, current residents and guests can look forward to new businesses joining The Exchange, eTown's shopping & services hub.
