Glen Kernan Phase 2 Homesites Now Available

A limited collection of Phase 2 homesites at Glen Kernan has just been released for sale.

The initial opportunity to build a custom home in one of Jacksonville's most prestigious communities is nearly gone. The PARC Group has announced that the last collection of homesites in its phase one development of Glen Kernan, Jacksonville's premier luxury community, is almost sold out.

The PARC Group will soon be offering breathtaking waterfront homesites on the Intracoastal Waterway in Marsh Harbor. This exclusive opportunity to build a custom home in the prestigious Ponte Vedra neighborhood will include waterfront homesites and several private “island” properties.

The PARC Group, master developer of eTown and Nocatee, has announced their newest community in Northeast Florida. EverRange is a new master planned community with an estimated 1,500 homes spanning 1,000 acres in Jacksonville, Florida. The community will have a charming rustic modern ambience and will be situated between Nocatee and eTown, off US-1. In the future, EverRange is planned to connect to The Exchange, eTown's Town Center.
