The PARC Group, developer of Nocatee, has released renderings for the Nocatee Spray Park, featuring a 42-foot water slide tower, five slides, Blue Water Bar & Grill, a resort-style beach and interactive spray features. With more than 100,000 square feet, the park is the largest addition to the master-planned community since its founding more than a decade ago. Nocatee Spray Park is slated to open in early 2019.

From food to fitness and everything in between, Nocatee continues to expand its offerings of neighborhood shops and services in Nocatee's Town Center! Most recently, families celebrated grand-openings of Starbucks and Tijuana Flats. Starbuck’s drive-thru and Tijuana Flats unique indoor-outdoor dining space are both popular amongst Nocatee residents and area locals alike. These exciting community additions will soon be joined by Ponte Vedra Golf Carts, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, Anytime Fitness, South Kitchen and Spirits, and more.

Nocatee won the Southeast Building Conference’s (SEBC) Excel Award for Best Master-Planned Community of the Year on July 17^th . The Excel Awards honor professionals making major contributions to the residential home-building and commercial construction industries through superior, innovative and creative sales and marketing. This year, the multi-day event and Excel Awards ceremony took place in Orlando, Florida. Prior to the Excel Award recognition, Nocatee had just been recognized as among the nation’s top-selling communities in RCLCO’s Mid-Year 2015 Update. The July 7^th released study also shows Nocatee recorded the strongest increase in sales for Florida master-planned communities (MPCs).

The PARC Group's first single-family Nocatee neighborhood is now sold out! CornerStone Homes closed on their last Austin Park home earlier this month. Along with CornerStone, new homes by Taylor Morrison are featured in this well-established neighborhood, located across from the brand-new Valley Ridge Academy K-8 School.

The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer, has been named Developer of the Year for the eighth straight year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s (NEFBA) Sales and Marketing Council.

Roger O'Steen, Chairman and Founder of The PARC Group, developed more than twenty communities throughout the Southeast and Texas before beginning projects in Northeast Florida.

The PARC Group won big at the Laurel Awards Gala on Friday, March 17^th.  For the 11^th consecutive year, the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Sales and Marketing Council named The PARC Group as Developer of the Year. The PARC Group also went home with Marketing Director of the Year, for the third consecutive year, as well as five other awards for Best Signage Program, Best Website, Best Marketing Video, Best Facebook, and Best Pinterest.
